Accessibility statement
Our target
We aim for Vac Manual to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Text and controls meet AA color contrast on the light background.
- Every control works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus ring.
- The model picker uses real buttons with pressed states, and the "Not sure which one you have?" helper is a dialog you can close with Escape.
- Steps are marked up as ordered lists, and safety lines are labeled in text, not only by color.
- Pages reflow down to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling, and motion is reduced if your system asks for it.
Known limitations
- The vacuum line drawings are decorative and are hidden from screen readers; the model name next to each one carries the meaning.
- Linked manufacturer manuals are PDFs or pages we don't control, and some may not be fully accessible.
